This program is designed to reward you, New Castle Harley-Davidson® valued customer, for your great business. There is no annual cost or additional fee to you and all points earned, are available through your purchases at New Castle Harley-Davidson®.

How it Works?

At NCH-D®, your points are earned through your purchases. You earn one point for every $1 dollar you spend, excluding taxes (i.e. $250=250 points). Points can be earned through purchasing MotorClothes®, parts, accessories, service, and even motorcycles.

Unqualified Purchases

Points are not available on internet/e-commerce sales, discounted sale items, winter storage, labor, collision/warranty and the labor for collision/warranty. For additional information please ask the NCH-D® employees.

Tracking & Redeeming Your Points

In order to view your points or print out the reward certificate, you must visit our web site and click on the rewards program icon. It will prompt you to the log in screen. Log in with your user name and password. After a purchase is made it may take 24-48 hours before you are able to view your points, in some cases it can take up to 4 days. When you have the desired amount of points you would like to use, just simply log on to your rewards account and print out your certificate. Once your certificate is printed you will have 30 days from the printed date to use it and you must have valid I.D. Your points accumuate over a years period WILL expire on March 31st and will not roll over to the following year.
