I bought a new 2012 Sportster XL1200 Custom here in Milwaukee, WI. Shopping for parts and accessories was quite the sticker shock for me as all the dealers here in Milwaukee are charging MSRP or higher for parts. Since this is the hometown of Harley Davidson, I was quite surprised by this, and I couldn't get a discount anywhere. Just for kicks, I checked around on the internet and found your dealership, and couldn't believe the prices on parts and accessories!! Even with shipping costs, the prices were much lower than I could get here at any dealer. Needless to say, I ordered several thousand dollars in accessories for my Sporty, and can't be happier. Communication is paramount at New Castle HD. I received prompt service, accurate pricing, and really fast shipping too! Even when parts were back ordered from HD, I received my order before the date that was listed for New Castle to get them from HD.....that is service! All orders were confirmed right away, and I was informed about any back orders, all email questions were answered right away, and shipping information and tracking was spot on. I even had a return that was my fault because I ordered the wrong part number and the return was quick, seamless, and I even received an email stating that the return was received and credited. If this is how they handle a faceless internet customer like me from 1000 miles away, I can't imagine how wonderful the service would be if I were to walk into the dealership and talk to these people face to face! Had I known then what I know now, I would have gladly hauled my trailer to their dealership and bought my bike from them too! New Castle HD is my only go to dealership from now on. Professionals in every way, and I tell everyone I know about them. Great job guys and gals...you have a customer for a long time to come. I got my parts today ,,,,WOW that was fast . a front end for a new blackline harley . all the other dealers said 4 to 5 weeks . you got them to me in one week and over 40% cheaper. It was like christmas all over.....thanks w manzare

I always have a great experience at new castle harley. You need to get more t shirts in xxxl tall and 4x, but other than that new castle harley is awesome!

I bought a pre-owned Electra Glide Classic. This is my first Harley. The day I came to look at the bike I met Lisa. She could not have been more friendly and helpful. The day I came to close the deal on the bike I met Nancy. She was wonderful as well. She made sure I was informed about the bike. She took me around and introduced me to many of the staff. I am really happy with my purchase and the stellar service. I am glad to be a new member in the Harley Davidson family. Well done everyone at NCHD! See you this summer.

New Castle H/D is outstanding in my book. We have done business with them for the past 5 years. They go out of their way to service your bike and get you back on the road again. One year we had a trip planned to Vermont leaving on a Wednesday. Monday my husband's bike had wheel trouble and Dave in the serice department had a wheel delivered on next day air, fixed the bike and on wednesday Morning we left on our trip.
I have recommended NCHD to all my friends and co-bike riders. You will not be disappointed.

I stopped at your store today, 01/05/12, and was impressed with the courtesy of the employees, size of the facility and inventory. I didn't purchase anything during my visit but I will be back!

Had to work Bill over a little but it was well worth it. Got a good deal. Very happy with my new ultra classic. The day I picked it up was the best day I've had in years.

You guys and girls are excellent. There is another dealership that is half the distance, but the experience that I have encountered at your dealership is worth the travel. Nancy has been very patient and friendly with my repeated calls and questions. I met Dave and Mike today and they were very helpful in answering all of my questions. The parts guys know their stuff. I will pickup my bike on Tuesday, but I want to thank you for letting me check it out early. It was even pulled outside so I could get a good picture of it. Thanks everybody!!!
